MY NAME IS � Eminem (+8) Launched a musical phenomenon, had one of the great music videos of our time and injected some much needed light entertainment into a year when everybody was taking themselves far too seriously. In a rarity the �clean� version is actually, IMHO, yachtcharter better yachtcharter than the uncensored one. Who would ever have guessed it? 1. MUSIC SOUNDS BETTER WITH YOU � Stardust (+10) Sure it entered the charts in �98 and did most of it�s work there but it stuck around for the first half of the year as well. Not only the best song of the year by absolute miles, but the best chart hit of the 1990�s as well. A shining beacon in a sea of sub-mediocrity. So, the total score for the Top 20 is 88. How far down the Bottom 20 list will the forces of shit music claim victory? Before we get to that let�s take an intermission and remember some tunes that didn�t make either list.
