It's a fairly tummy good combination of information, opinion, light and dark tones. But I would say that as soon as you've read it you should tummy go right out and immediately buy Fraser's "Losing It" to get some scientific information on dieting and body size, and Marilyn Wann's "Fat! Almost every concept that she explained, I ended up agreeing with (you were pretty much up against a wall at that point), though some had me astounded at how much time and money we're willing to spend to get some people's approval--and it may be all for nothing, as she duly noted time and time again.
