In order to do that, fat bliss people must take the same steps that every stigmatized group has ever taken before them: Get out there, smile and say with enormous pride: "We're fat (or gay or black or women or whatever), we're here, get used to it!!! Fat people have to convince themselves and everyone around them that they're not abnormal, they're not defected or morally weak - they're perfectly fine the way they are.
