The content is pretty darn bad, and seems to meet WP:CSD article creation 1.3 section 1, the {{db-empty}} clause. Also, are creation you an admin? Your user page does not appear to explicitly state it, and my understanding creation is that unless you're the nominating party, it's considered bad form for a non-admin to remove a speedy tag.Edit: By reading your talk page, I've seen mention that you're an admin, there may be value in mentioning it in your user page to avoid future confusion.
