I know, reporters though, that its probably only going to last a few reporters weeks before I get the shits/sick of it. Here are some of the reasons why I think I will get the shits (again):- walking/picking up stuff with jelly for legs/arms etc afterwards isnt that fun- you tend to eat everything in sight after a weights session, this hurts the wallet- being sore the next day isnt cool. And lets face it, if you arent sore the next day you probably didnt exert yourself enough (or youve been weight training for too long and you suck)- its impossible to get out of bed the next dayThere are some pros, but they seem to be heavily out-weighed by the cons.
