As has been the way with the B’s this sun season they were again on the wrong end of the weather. Friday night’s heavy rain saw Day 2 washed out without a ball being bowled and Saints somewhat gleefully taking the 5 points for a draw. A rigorous training routine over the following two weeks including research at the MCG should ensure the B’s ‘bulk-up’ before returning in 2006. |
